The Multi Core Cable conforming to ISI 694:2010 is made with a highly flexible copper conductor and specially formulated flexible FR PVC insulation. It also comes with a PVC sheathing that impart superior flexibility to the cable.
The 3 Core flat submersible cable is specifically manufactured to power submersible pumps which go deep inside the earth’s surface to fetch water. This specially designed cable is capable of providing energy to submersible pumps installed under water in harsh & hostile conditions.
The conductor is made of multi strand electrolytic grade copper wire of highest purity with 99.97% purity. The conductors are fully annealed into a compact, cohesive and uniform conductor with extra flexibility and conductivity more than 100%. The entire process is carried out in a fully automatic plant that incorporates the latest cable technology and manufacturing techniques with PLC based machines, which ensure high degree of quality and consistency.
Bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated FR PVC compounds that have high insulation resistance, thermal stability and a high degree of flexibility. Water absorption is nil by usage of special additives that inhibit water penetration/absorption.
It protects the insulated core which are laid flat parallely from mechanical damage, the PVC sheathing compound is specially formulated which combines superior mechanical strength, zero water permeability, abrasion resistance and desired flexibility to withstand rigorous use involving impact and abrasion.
