Electrification Project in Vazarepada & Songiripada-Jawhar (Supported by ANCHOR Electrical & Partners)

Due to stringent forest regulations, grid extension proved challenging for these remote villages. However, the community exhibited remarkable resilience. By establishing a registered village trust, we set up a solar power plant. This community-owned and operated project ensures long-term sustainability through self-reliance and a user-paid model. This plant has assisted in providing residential lights, drinking water facility and irrigation.
