It has been brought to our notice that certain unscrupulous persons are operating a fraudulent website https: //www.anchordealership.com and have created a page on Facebook named “Anchor Dealership & Distributorship” https://www.facebook.com/anchordealership/. Through the aforementioned website and Facebook page, the said unscrupulous persons are inviting innocent unsuspecting persons to apply for dealership by applying on the said websites and then directing the said persons to make payment of a sum of Rs. 16,500/- in bank account number 12401000002082 in the name of Anchor Dealership Ltd. at Punjab & Sind Bank, Rourkela, District Sundergarh, Odisha. It has also been informed that such unscrupulous persons are calling innocent persons through Mobile No. 8093543130, 8093542923 and 9635988375 and representing themselves to be Area Managers/Zonal Managers/District Managers of Anchor calling such persons to make payments in terms of their letters.

We, Panasonic Life Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., earlier known as “Anchor Electricals Pvt. Ltd.” (the Company) do not operate any entity by the name of “Anchor Dealership Ltd.” nor do we have any relationship with the unknown persons issuing the letters seeking payment of the registration fee. The letters are being issued misusing our trade name and identity and we have already filed a police complaint with respect to this.

It is therefore clarified to public at large that any person claiming to be representative of Anchor/Panasonic or seeking payment into bank account in the name of “Anchor Dealership Ltd.” should not be dealt with and the Company would not be responsible for any loss caused as a result of dealing with the said persons. This is issued in the interest of public at large.
